Franchise Owner, John Genoni, credits much of their success to the people behind the homes, noting, “The people make the difference—they really do.” He shared that he still remembers walking into a home built by an AR Homes® builder years ago and thinking, “One day, I want to build one of these.” That early impression has shaped the way his team approaches every project—with pride in the product, care for the client, and a clear focus on long-term value.
