After graduating with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in engineering, Lee went to work building a spec home on property that his father owned. As he explains, “My first job after graduating was swinging a hammer on a framing crew. But, it was the most important year of my career.”

RLW Homes, Inc has created beautiful luxury homes in northeast Georgia for more than 28 years. Lee Wagner knows the area well and, as an avid outdoorsman, incorporates that knowledge into lot selection, layout, and sightlines for his clients.

Jiri, originally from the Czech Republic, has established himself as a prominent figure in the architectural landscape of the United States since his relocation in 2000. With a diverse portfolio spanning over two decades, he has left an indelible mark, having meticulously designed over 100 homes across the US, Europe, and Qatar.

Jiri honed his craft at AR Franchising, where he specialized in 3D design, refining his skills and vision. His innate curiosity and drive for innovation led him to become a trailblazer in integrating the latest technology into architecture.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Jiri finds solace and fulfillment in his role as a father to twin boys. He can often be found indulging his adventurous spirit, whether tackling rugged mountain biking trails or competing in endurance races. Jiri’s life is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence, both in his career and personal endeavors.

Carl Williams, a seasoned professional from Gainesville, Georgia, boasts over two decades of experience in home construction. Known for his keen attention to detail and commitment to precision, Carl has overseen the successful construction of hundreds of homes, earning recognition as a trusted leader in the industry. He emphasizes organization and communication, fostering transparent collaboration within his teams and ensuring clear communication with clients at every stage of the process.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Carl is a man of many talents and interests. An avid craftsman, he channels his creativity into building guitars, woodworking and outdoor sports.

With his wealth of experience, unwavering commitment to excellence, and multifaceted interests, Carl Williams embodies the epitome of a dynamic professional whose talents extend far beyond the confines of the construction site.

As the Closing Manager at RLW Homes Ron works closely with contractors and in-house team members to ensure each home is built to the exact specifications of the customer. With a keen eye for detail and a wealth of experience, he has played a pivotal role in elevating customer satisfaction levels and delivering superior quality homes in record time.

Having retired from a distinguished 27-year career in manufacturing within the racing and aerospace industries, Ron seamlessly transitioned into homebuilding. Drawing upon his past experiences, he infuses each project with a meticulous attention to detail, striving to deliver nothing short of excellence to his customers.

Outside of work, Ron treasures moments spent with his family. Together with his wife and son, he enjoys embarking on travel adventures and exploring historical landmarks. An avid nature enthusiast, Ron finds solace in the woods, where he indulges in observing wildlife and embracing the wonders of outdoor exploration.

With a degree in accounting and over 20 years of experience in operations, Cindy is a seasoned professional dedicated to ensuring seamless processes and exceptional customer service.

Starting her journey at RLW Homes as a part-time bookkeeper in 2014, Cindy has steadily advanced through the ranks, mastering roles in purchasing and project management along the way. Her passion for customer service and unwavering commitment to integrity define her leadership approach. She firmly believes in providing a seamless experience for customers, driving the company’s mission forward.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Cindy is an avid hiker who finds solace in the woods of North Georgia during her weekends. She is actively involved in her son’s Boy Scout troop, cherishing the role of a proud mom to an Eagle Scout and supporting her other son on his path to achieving the same honor.
