In late 2022, the AR Franchising, Inc. team hosted the company’s annual Franchise Meeting in Tampa, inviting franchisees across 10 states to gather in person for an exciting two-day event consisting of timely presentations, thoughtful panel discussions, guest speakers and more.
The event kicked off with two separate panel discussions in which AR Homes® franchisees and building company presidents were able to learn from their peers through a variety of topics including construction best practices and building custom homes on infill lots and customer-owned lots. The panelists shared best practices, discussed recommendations, and answered questions from their peers in the crowd. This intimate format allowed for the franchisees to benefit from a network of trusted builders, learning from one another and relying on each other’s expertise in the ever-changing custom homebuilding market.
On the second day of the highly anticipated Franchise Meeting, builders and franchisees heard from AR Franchising, Inc. leadership on the state of the company in addition to presentations from department leaders covering relevant data and highlighting impactful initiatives, guest speakers discussing timely topics and opportunities for networking.
