The Spargo family worked with AR Homes® Asheville (American Eagle Developers ,LLC) innovative design team and transformed the lower level by expanding into the previously unfinished basement, creating a magnificent second owners’ suite. This thoughtful addition ensures that guests are treated to the same level of luxury and comfort as the primary owners’ suite, making their stay truly special.

To maximize entertainment space, the rec room was cleverly expanded into bedroom 3. This strategic decision provides ample room for hosting gatherings and events. The spacious and open rec room is now perfectly suited for a combination of leisure activities and even includes a designated fitness area.
