He has been in the construction industry for over 37 years as a tradesman as well as a project manager for multimillion dollar commercial and residential construction projects. A Certified Green Building Professional, he has served on the board of directors for the Greenville Homebuilders Association.

Alexis has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003, truly perfecting her craft and growing her market knowledge exponentially when working for the Home Builders Association of Greenville. In 2016, Alexis launched her own real estate brokerage with a goal to work hard for her clients. Helping her clients achieve their new home dreams is the most rewarding aspect of her career.

Eric is a fourth-generation builder originally from Florida.  He has over 35 years of experience in residential homebuilding.  He has built everywhere from the beach to golf courses.  American Eagle Builders is Eric’s fourth AR Homes franchise that he has been associated with.  He started in 1992 in Naples, FL then moved to Orlando and then Melbourne for 20 years.  He is also a licensed contractor and had his own residential remodeling company for 12 years.  Eric has led many teams of construction managers to build homes with the highest quality.  He and his wife Amy have recently relocated to South Carolina and are excited to explore everything that the area has to offer.

Holly graduated from the College of Charleston with a dual B.S. in Business, and Hospitality and Tourism Management. She now lives in the Clemson area and is pursuing her real estate license. Holly loves being hands on in the design process and watching clients’ dreams come to life. When she’s not in the office, Holly enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her boyfriend, Charlie, and their chocolate lab, Hobbes.

Melissa, a native of North Carolina, has lived in the Asheville area for 26 years. In addition to her real estate license, Melissa has a background in design consulting for new homes. Melissa loves working with clients to help them design the home of their dreams. Melissa most enjoys spending time with family, and hiking and biking in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.

Kirsten has over 15 years of experience in the design industry. Since starting with AR Homes®, she’s designed over 150 homes. While she is a true planner by nature, her favorite part of the design process is the final installation day. It is often the longest and most chaotic day, but there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a perfect plan come together and a happy client. Kirsten enjoys playing outside with her twin children, traveling and exploring Greenville.

Originally from Upstate New York, Shauna now resides outside of Greenville with her husband. Shauna graduated from Cazenovia College with a B.F.A in Interior Design. During her time in college, she fell in love with all things 3D rendering. After design school, Shauna put her passion of rendering to use while teaching courses at Cazenovia College. Shauna believes the details are the most important part of any design and seeing things in 3D brings the details to life. In her free time, you can usually find Shauna spending time with her husband and family.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Rachel made her way to the south in 2014. She has almost ten years of experience in the home building industry. With a passion for detail and creativity, she enjoys writing up a contract as much as she does the design process. From a young age, Rachel worked hand-in-hand with her father on many home renovation projects. In her free time, you can find Rachel and her husband Brandon exploring the Upstate with their two dogs, Floyd and Clyde.

Ron brings over 25 years of Project and Program Management in Construction and Defense Contract work. He brings a broad range of management and situational experiences which make him a valued member of the American Eagle team. Ron is also a Proud Veteran of the United States Air Force and excels in Customer Service, Communication, Integrity and bringing our Clients a Valued experience with our company. When Ron is not working, he likes to be outdoors and does volunteer work for Veterans.

Jason recently relocated, he and his family, to South Carolina, where he continues to grow his love for building. Jason has a passion for residential building and working with his clients to create their dream home. He truly enjoys managing the build from start to finish. Jason has many years of management and leadership experience along with an eye for detail which helps make the building process enjoyable and stress-free for his clients and contractors alike. Jason has an exceptional work ethic and strives to complete every job with honesty and integrity while being highly organized, detailed, proactive, and knowledgeable. Jason is a true family man, you will always find him spending time with his wife and five kids doing anything that keeps them active like hiking, camping, spending time on the lake, or at one of their sports activities when he is not working.

Douglas is an accomplished construction manager with over 40 years of residential experience specializing in the luxury estate market. From Oceanfront properties of Palm Beach and Jupiter Island to the resort towns of the Rocky Mountains and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

He attended Penn State University where he received a Certificate in Construction Management. 30 of his years have been in the Construction and Project Management roles. He is a self-starter with an eye for detail and is well versed in schedule and personnel management as well as procurement and negotiation. He is experienced in addressing and implementing each of the many milestones associated with high end custom home building. Douglas understands the emotional and financial impact the building process places on his clients and that each home is unique. He strives to exceed their expectations in quality, craftmanship and value.

Now that his boys are grown, Douglas has relocated to North Carolina with his wife to enjoy the Smokey Mountains and everything the area has to offer.
