The Burgess family loved the Sierra floor plan from AR Homes®, but they wanted to make some changes to make it their own. On the main level, they took advantage of the optional grilling deck and added a private deck off the owner’s suite. This gave them two outdoor spaces to enjoy, one for entertaining guests and one for relaxing by themselves.
On the lower level, they changed the mech room into an unfinished lake room. This gave them a space to store their boats, kayaks, and other water sports equipment. They also chose the larger porch option, which gave them more space to enjoy the outdoors.
Overall, the Burgess family’s custom plan is 360 square feet over the original. They are very happy with the changes they made, and they love their new home.
