Custom Sierra

The Sierra floor plan from AR Homes® was customized to fit the homeowners’ lifestyle. On the main level, they took advantage of the optional grilling deck and added a private deck off the owner’s suite. This created two outdoor spaces—one for entertaining guests and one for relaxing in private. On the lower level, the mech room was reimagined as an unfinished lake room, providing convenient storage for boats, kayaks, and other water sports equipment. They also selected the larger porch option, expanding the space available for outdoor living. Overall, the custom plan is 360 square feet larger than the original. The homeowners are thrilled with the thoughtful changes that make the home truly their own.
