Chuck brings over 20 years of construction experience to the AR Homes® network, with a portfolio that spans large-scale commercial developments and custom beach homes throughout Florida. A licensed General Contractor, he founded CNC, Inc. in 2003 with a vision to grow his business while staying rooted in family values. Now, he begins a new chapter with AR Homes®, focused on elevating his custom homebuilding expertise along the Emerald Coast.
