Mitch Genda

Franchise Owner

With experience with both small, custom builders and large, regional builders, Mitch has a diverse background in the homebuilding industry. In 2008, he started his own company serving the Charlotte area.


As an AR Homes® franchise owner, Mitch has received the prestigious Chairman’s Award and award for Best Model, evidence of his commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction and extraordinary custom-built homes.

Chris Dillard

Sales Consultant

Christopher prides himself on giving each and every client the attention to detail it takes when it comes to planning and developing the interior and exterior of their dream home. Christopher has ranked in the AR Homes Top Club 4 times over the last 7 years. Previous to working with AR Homes, he was in the Platinum tier for sales in the Charlotte Sales and Marketing Council for over 10 years.

Sarah Callaham

Customer Concierge

Growing up, Sarah was always interested in construction industry since her dad was a General Contractor. With experience in nearly every aspect of the build, from framing to interior design, Sarah helps guide homebuyers from contract to closing. When she is not coordinating the behind-the-scenes components of building our clients’ dream homes, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs and two cats, and enjoys playing board games or doing escape rooms with friends and family.

Kurt Kuchenbrod

Construction Manager

A licensed North Carolina general contractor and member of The North Carolina Homebuilders’ Association, Kurt has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. After working with two regional home builders, Kurt joined Paragon Homes of Charlotte in 2011, shortly after its inception. Throughout his career, Kurt has built hundreds of homes throughout the Charlotte region. Kurt takes great pride in building quality homes and achieving high customer satisfaction.

Brandon Williams

Construction Manager

Brandon has been building custom homes in the Charlotte area since 2003. He is a North Carolina licensed general contractor. Brandon is committed to delivering customers their dream home and a great experience. He is an AR Homes Master Builder Club winner. When he is not working, he enjoys beach trips and spending time with his family and friends.

Jim Elliot

Construction Manager

As a native North Carolinian raised in a construction family, Jim has been involved in residential construction for 40 years. He has 23 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial projects, residential customer service and quality control. Jim has the knowledge and experience to work with homeowners, trade contractors, and vendors to build quality homes for each homeowner.

Craig Primm

Project Manager

Native to the area, Craig has worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has experience in residential construction, neighborhood development and home remodeling. With a Master’s Degree from Western Carolina, Craig has the knowledge and experience needed to work with homeowners and trade partners to ensure all planning and design details come together to create customer’s dream homes.

Jennifer Wittmer


Jennifer has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Employed with Paragon Homes of Charlotte since 2012, the experience she has gained in project management, purchasing and accounting has led to her success and growth within the company. Jennifer is an active member of several industry organizations, including The Home Builders Association of Charlotte, The Charlotte Women’s Leadership Summit and The HBAGC Professional Women in Building Council. Residing in Tega Cay, SC, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, her two adult sons and is thankful for the benefits of a lake living lifestyle.

Ann-Marie Gordon

Office Manager

A dynamic, resourceful, and energetic individual who is comfortable with being the ‘go to’ person, Ann-Marie has a strong background in customer service and office administration. She plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth process for homebuyers, and carefully attends to the needs of office personnel and field staff. She boasts over 24 years of experience in owning her own business and over a decade of experience in residential construction and office management. Outside of work, Ann-Marie enjoys being on the lake, and spending time with her two daughters and grandchildren.
