With experience with both small, custom builders and large, regional builders, Mitch has a diverse background in the homebuilding industry. In 2008, he started his own company serving the Charlotte area.

As an AR Homes® franchise owner, Mitch has received the prestigious Chairman’s Award and award for Best Model, evidence of his commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction and extraordinary custom-built homes.

Christopher prides himself on giving each and every client the attention to detail it takes when it comes to planning and developing the interior and exterior of their dream home. Christopher has ranked in the AR Homes Top Club 4 times over the last 7 years. Previous to working with AR Homes, he was in the Platinum tier for sales in the Charlotte Sales and Marketing Council for over 10 years.

Sarah has spent most of her life in the Charlotte area, gaining experience in nearly every corner of the building and design industry throughout her career. Ultimately, she discovered her true passion in custom home building and design. Sarah has thoughtfully curated our design studio to provide exceptional support to our homebuyers during the selection process and collaborates closely with our lead designer to guarantee an outstanding experience for each client. In her free time, she enjoys game nights and cherishes the moments she shares with her rescue dogs.

With a strong foundation in financial services consulting, Shelby leverages her professional sales experience, analytical skills, and passion for interpersonal engagement to effectively meet client needs. Her keen listening skills enable her to provide customized, solution-oriented services and valuable industry insights. Furthermore, her upbringing in a family deeply rooted in the home-building industry has facilitated a seamless transition into real estate.

A licensed North Carolina general contractor and member of The North Carolina Homebuilders’ Association, Kurt has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. After working with two regional home builders, Kurt joined Paragon Homes of Charlotte in 2011, shortly after its inception. Throughout his career, Kurt has built hundreds of homes throughout the Charlotte region. Kurt takes great pride in building quality homes and achieving high customer satisfaction.

As a native North Carolinian raised in a construction family, Jim has been involved in residential construction for 40 years. He has 23 years of construction management experience in both residential and commercial projects, residential customer service and quality control. Jim has the knowledge and experience to work with homeowners, trade contractors, and vendors to build quality homes for each homeowner.

Native to the area, Craig has worked in the construction industry for more than 20 years. He has experience in residential construction, neighborhood development and home remodeling. With a Master’s Degree from Western Carolina, Craig has the knowledge and experience needed to work with homeowners and trade partners to ensure all planning and design details come together to create customer’s dream homes.

David was born in Florida where he grew up and then moved to Alaska. Enjoying Camping, fishing and hiking. Working at a young age manufacturing surveying stakes for the Alaska pipeline. Then settling down to N.C. and getting married. With over 38 years of experience in Commercial and residential building. With an eye for detail and the drive to make sure all his customers are very happy with their projects!

David spends all his extra time with his family and loves Camping, Hiking, Golf and Cycling. Campfires and sunsets are the best for winding down.

A dynamic, resourceful, and energetic individual who is comfortable with being the ‘go to’ person, Ann-Marie has a strong background in customer service and office administration. She plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth process for homebuyers, and carefully attends to the needs of office personnel and field staff. She boasts over 24 years of experience in owning her own business and over a decade of experience in residential construction and office management. Outside of work, Ann-Marie enjoys being on the lake, and spending time with her two daughters and grandchildren.

Jennifer has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. Employed with Paragon Homes of Charlotte since 2012, the experience she has gained in project management, purchasing and accounting has led to her success and growth within the company. Jennifer is an active member of several industry organizations, including The Home Builders Association of Charlotte, The Charlotte Women’s Leadership Summit and The HBAGC Professional Women in Building Council. Residing in Tega Cay, SC, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, her two adult sons and is thankful for the benefits of a lake living lifestyle.

Alisha, hailing from upstate NY, possesses a wealth of experience across various aspects of the industry, with a deep passion for interior design. As our lead designer, she dedicates herself to assisting homebuyers in choosing the perfect design elements for their dream homes. With her sharp attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, Alisha creates spaces that embody both our clients’ lifestyles and their design ambitions. In her leisure time, she enjoys making cherished memories playing ball with her golden retriever, Greyson.

Jon has lived from coast to coast.  Born in Southern California, he moved to western Tennessee in his teens, finally making it to the greater Charlotte area in 2012 while relocating for work.  He has worked in the consumer manufacturing industry for such companies as Tyco International, Stanley Black & Decker, Trane Technologies, Ingersoll Rand and Electrolux. Throughout his career he has been responsible for sourcing components, equipment and services as well as finished products.  He is driven by the concept of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost(SQDC). His goal for each project is to effectively and efficiently manage the procurement function, deliver superior quality materials and services to the job, on time and achieve the best overall value while exceeding the expectations of the business and in turn our homeowners.

Growing up in Virginia, William has developed a deep appreciation for both the beauty and functionality of design in the built environment. With over 23 years of experience in the Drafting and Design field, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both residential and commercial construction. Throughout his career, William has worked on a diverse range of projects, collaborating with architects, builders, and clients to bring dreams to life. His proficiency in various drafting software and design techniques ensures that each project is not only visually compelling but also structurally sound.

A recent graduate from Appalachian State University, Luke has always dreamed of building luxury homes. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Sciences with a concentration in Construction Management along with a minor in General Business. In the summer of 22’ he completed an 8-week internship with Paragon Homes of Charlotte and joined our team in June of 23’. Luke prides himself in forming quality relationships and delivering dream homes for customers. Luke is a former collegiate athlete and
enjoys staying active through activities such as golfing and hiking.
