David Schenck
Since 1984, David has earned a stellar reputation for exceeding client expectations throughout the Carolinas. In 2007, he launched Monterey Bay Homes and became a franchisee of AR Homes®. He and his team have earned numerous awards and accolades including the Wake County Parade of Homes Gold with a perfect score, the ARH Chairman’s Award and ARH Best Models. David has been president of the local HBA and board member of the NAHB.
Jamie Brewer
Jamie has over 17 years of experience with AR Homes® and prides himself on exceeding customer expectations with quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. He is a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Homebuilders.
