Realtorfest 2022

Our team at AR Homes Richmond® (Ellington Custom Homes, LLC) is excited to share our recent participation in Richmond’s Realtorfest 2022, held at the Richmond Convention Center. Our goal was to introduce the AR Homes® brand and luxury custom home building experience to Richmond-area real estate agents. With over 1,500 Realtors® in attendance, our team was able to connect with many of our realtor® partners in the community while expanding our network throughout the highly attended event.

The show’s “Back to the Future” theme, (a favorite movie and soundtrack of our team members), featured two DeLorean cars situated amongst the 130 exhibitors showcasing their new industry services and products. The lively atmosphere and plethora of exhibitors provided the ideal backdrop to share our brand while having fun with our team along the way.

In addition to sharing the distinctive AR Homes® custom home experience with attendees, our team continued to further our education of the industry. Eight highly regarding speakers shared their professional insights on a variety of topics. These subjects ranged from social media content to economic trends, opportunities, and challenges within the homebuilding and real estate industry. Their contribution to the event was valuable for our team and realtor® partners alike.
