Matt Ellington
Matt began his career in residential home building in 2002 with a nationally recognized firm in Virginia. In 2003, after successfully completing 130 homes in three years, he was honored with the prestigious PROS Award for the top project manager in the DC Metro area in the 75–100 home category. He went on to be named the firm’s Project Manager of the Year. Later, Matt was named Director of Construction for a high-end custom home builder. During his five-year tenure, he completed more than 20 luxury homes in Arlington, Virginia.
Matt is a Richmond native and an alumnus of Benedictine High School. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. Eager to bring his industry experience and talent for delivering high quality, custom homes to the city he loves, Matt returned to Richmond in 2010 and founded Ellington Custom Homes, LLC.
John Fleming
With his extensive knowledge from 25 years of working in the homebuilding industry, John has been helping our customers realize their AR Homes® dreams since April 2019. When not helping our clients, John enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with his family.
Ashley Yavorsky
Ashley joined AR Homes® in October 2019. Her previous experience in purchasing and luxury home furnishings prove beneficial in her role as Customer Concierge. Ashley enjoys guiding our home buyers through all aspects of their build. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.
Camille Heller
Camille joined AR Homes® in 2021. Before working in home building, she managed high-end restaurants and luxury fitness centers in New York, LA, DC and San Francisco. Working with discerning clientele across different industries has proven advantageous in her role as Customer Concierge, partnering with homeowners through the entire process of their home build. Outside of the home building world, you can find Camille teaching and practicing yoga at Humble Haven and spending quality time with her husband and two daughters.
John Molyneaux
John graduated from Michigan State University Construction Management Program and has spent the last 35 years in the home building industry in supervisory, management, and operational positions from the southwest, midwestern, southeastern, and mid-Atlantic regions. In his free time, John and his wife Pam love to travel, cook and spend time with family and their 2 Bullmastiffs, Gracie and Finley.
Matthew Conrad
After ten years in commercial construction, Matthew joined AR Homes® in September 2019. He loves seeing our projects through from clearing of the home site to delivering a client’s dream home. When not on the job site, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, twin boys, and two labs.
Dillon Wright
Dillon graduated from Hampton Sydney College in 2014. Formerly with HHHunt, he successfully managed the construction of 5 neighborhoods. At AR Homes, Dillon’s dedication to excellence ensures your dream home becomes a reality. Outside of work, he loves golfing, traveling with his wife, and spending time with their two dogs.
Brandon Bullock
Brandon graduated from East Carolina University in 2004 with a degree in Construction Management. Boasting over 20 years of experience, Brandon has successfully overseen a wide range of projects, including residential home building, commercial building, and custom home building. His passion for working closely with both customers and the team ensures the delivery of quality homes. Beyond work, Brandon finds joy in spending time with his family, comprising his wife and two boys.
