Bryan, a second-generation builder, has more than 25 years of experience in the construction business. He and his wife, Missy, have made Lake City their home for almost 25 years. They have two sons, Christian and Jacob. The Zechers work closely together in their respective careers—Missy is a successful realtor in Lake City and the surrounding areas where Bryan Zecher Homes, Inc. builds. The company enjoys a solid reputation as evidenced by the numerous awards received over the years.
