Brian Baber brings a wealth of knowledge, invaluable experience, and a passion for excellence in every dimension to AR Homes^®. A highly respected builder of custom and luxury homes, Brian’s company is an independently owned and operated franchise of AR Homes^®.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from Florida State University. He holds General Contractors and Real Estate Broker licenses. Committed to helping build community, he has served as a mentor and on civic and service boards such as the Rotary Club, Bay Education Foundation, Elevate Bay, Girls, Inc., and New Horizons School. He is also the author of “In-Home: Creating Your Dream Home Room by Room.”

James Godwin is a graduate of Florida State University and a licensed certified building contractor. He joined the company right out of school as a construction manager before moving on to work in commercial and industrial construction. His passion for custom home building brought him back to BCB Construction, LLC where he leads a dedicated and talented team toward continued success.

Jewel Beall has worked in the construction industry for over 16 years. She has an Architectural Drafting & Design Degree from Gulf Coast State College. She has managed the remodeling of several homes that she has lived in over the years and has an eye for detail. Jewel enjoys bringing new life into older spaces and has a true knack for envisioning changes and being able to “see” the finished product long before it is completed.

She has 3 daughters and 3 grandkids, and she loves when they are all together in her home. Jewel loves new experiences and is always ready for an adventure!

Lawrence has worked in the construction industry for over 43 years in both Southern California and Northwest Florida. He has a wide range of building experience from in residential and commercial construction. His passion is working directly with a home buyers as a Construction Manager to oversee their dream homes being built from start to finish. According to Lawrence, “There is nothing more rewarding than bringing a homeowner through their dream home for the very first time”. He’s been building custom homes with AR Homes® Panama City (BCB Construction) since 2016. When he’s not working, he is spending time with his wife of 41 years, chasing around his 6 beautiful grandchildren, and serving at his home church.

Luisa Dick has been on a mission to help our customers to find the best floor plan ever since joining our team in 2018. With her education rooted in interior design and experience in real estate, she remains dedicated to helping clients and sharing her expertise. With her background and attention to detail, she shares that the most rewarding part of her job is contributing to the happiness of her clients.

Luisa loves to create new experiences whether that’s through travelling to new locations or trying new restaurants. She is a strong believer in God and keeps her faith on him!

Kat is a retired Air Force officer with a passion for people and extensive experience in building relationships both locally and internationally. From grassroots initiatives to Capitol Hill, and even abroad, she has been recognized by foreign and domestic dignitaries for her accomplishments and positive attitude.

Kat has been honored as a “Work Like a Girl” by the local chapter of Girls, Inc., and is actively involved in volunteer and charity work. Her background in fostering interpersonal relationships has uniquely prepared her as a REALTOR® over the past five years, allowing her to truly put people first.

Through her work with diverse cultures, Kat has learned a universal truth: relationships begin with a smile and a conversation. She looks forward to building a lasting relationship with you and sparking inspiration as you find a custom home that fits your lifestyle.
