Bouffard Custom Ridgecrest

The Boufford family customized the Ridgecrest floor plan by AR Homes® to create a space that is both functional and elegant. They expanded the garage to accommodate two more cars and to provide additional storage space. They also added a bonus room on the second floor, which is perfect for a home office or playroom. On the lower level, they expanded the patio into a walkout porch, which provides a more open and inviting space to relax and entertain guests. They also split the bedrooms, creating a private space for their children to play and a larger rec room for their family and friends to gather. Finally, they added a lake room and bathroom, which provides a luxurious space to enjoy the view of the lake.
