Select Your Perfect Homesite

During our consultation, our team will accompany you to current and potential homesites. Together, we will assess the best placement, enhance views, and discuss any potential site costs, such as long driveways, tree removal, additional foundation work, and retaining walls. 

Architectural Design Consultation

Experience our collaborative approach during the Architectural Design Consultation. Choose from our award-winning floor plans or start from scratch. Meet Bruce Pasquarella, our franchise owner, and Jiri Chlepko, our architect, who, along with a sales consultant, will guide you through our 3D design process. 

Precise Site Analysis

Our detailed site analysis allows us to virtually place a floor plan on your lot to determine the best build location, maximize views, and minimize costs before signing your design agreement.

Sign the Design Agreement

Once you sign the design agreement, the exciting journey of custom homebuilding begins. 

Gather Inspiration

We encourage you to create mood boards to reflect your design style. This helps us present you with options you’ll love and ensures your home matches your tastes. 

Begin the Initial Design

The design process begins virtually with one or two iterations of the floor plan. We then create a 3D rendering for your review, focusing on details such as wall and ceiling specifications, window dimensions and placements, and interior and exterior colors and materials. 

Receive Comprehensive Pricing

Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed quote for your new home, providing clear and transparent pricing for every aspect from the start. 

Transition to the Building Phase

With your approval of the quote, you’ll enter a building agreement, marking the transition to the prestart phase. Here, you’ll meet the construction team, obtain building permits, secure community approval, and make your home selections.
