Custom Deer Valley

The Deer Valley floor plan is a rustic and charming design created to maximize relaxation for both residents and guests. Its open-concept layout combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas into one continuous space, while the outdoor living areas provide ample room for activities or simply taking in the beauty of nature. With rustic elegance and a tranquil atmosphere, the Deer Valley offers an ideal setting for enjoying life with family and friends. For this custom build, the Deer Valley served as the perfect canvas. The exterior was enhanced with additions to the entryway, upper and walkout porches, as well as the garage. Inside, the unfinished basement was transformed with a bunk room and a bathroom featuring a double vanity, creating a comfortable space for long-term visitors. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure this home stands out, offering both luxury and comfort—a place to admire, relax, and create lasting memories.
