Our new owners, the Dostie family, have spent decades building homes and serving families throughout Northeast Florida. Their homebuilding experience and leadership provide a strong foundation for the future of AR Homes® (Marcus Allen Homes) while supporting the standards of quality and service our customers expect. 

This transition strengthens our future by combining the legacy of our company with experienced homebuilding leadership. It allows us to continue investing in our people, our processes, and how we design and build homes, ensuring we remain focused on creating residences that reflect the way our customers live today.
