Mark Refosco

Franchise Owner

Mark earned a degree in architecture and civil engineering from Fairmont State University. But his love of building came from his father, a construction contractor. He got his start at a rising architectural firm in West Virginia before moving on to a large residential builder in Florida where he quickly rose to executive level. His varied background helped him identify his calling in residential construction and he opened Marcus Allen Homes in 2000. He and his team work to create not just the ideal home, but also the ideal experience for their buyers. Mark lives in Ponte Vedra with his wife Joan. He has four grown children and three grandsons and enjoys dirt bike riding, snow skiing, water sports of all types and world travels.


Bill Goreschak

Building Company President

With more than 30 years of residential and commercial construction experience, including over a decade with Marcus Allen Homes, Bill brings knowledge and confidence to every custom home project. A skilled communicator and natural leader on the job site, he is a conduit between customers’ desires and craftsmen’s skills. Bill is a second-generation builder, holds a degree in construction from University of Florida, is a certified general contractor and is licensed in Florida real estate.


Joan Refosco

Vice President of Sales

Joan joined Marcus Allen homes in 2003 and quickly became a top producing Sales Consultant. She has been frequently recognized by AR Homes® Top Club, and placed #1 in sales volume for 2015, 2016 and 2017. As VP of Sales, she manages the company’s sales teams, providing training, mentoring, and custom design assistance. She understands the customer experience firsthand having built her family home with the company. She lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with her husband Mark and has four grown children and four grandsons.


Jeff Greenberg

Sales Consultant

Jeff has been in the new home industry since 2006. Before moving to Florida, he worked in retail management running big-box and boutique stores in the competitive New York metro market. There he learned the art and importance of truly listening to customers to understand their lifestyle needs. He is married with one adult son and his hobbies include home automation, theater and racquet sports.


Michael O'Brien

Sales Consultant

With a degree in Finance from University of South Carolina, Michael worked in architectural sales upon graduating. He left the construction industry to become an investment broker before shifting to pharmaceutical sales in the 1990s, dedicating 20 years of his career to oncology. He has always been active in real estate and, after having his home built by AR Homes®, he signed on with Marcus Allen Homes. He enjoys time with family, traveling and outdoor activities.


Jennifer Vincelet

Sales Consultant

Entering the real estate world in 2008, Jennifer is well-versed in New Construction and General Real estate across several cities. She has gained experience through various leadership roles. She is excited to join the team and expand the “on your lot” program in St. Johns County and Jacksonville areas. When she’s not helping others build their dream home, she is enjoying the beach life with her husband and two girls.


Angela Stanley

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Angela began her real estate and property management career in 2002 in the coastal resort town of Ocean City, Maryland. In 2003 she moved to Northeastern Florida and has never looked back. She enjoys spending every minute of free time with her family and feels fortunate to live in St. Augustine where every day feels like a vacation.

Jordan Salsburg

Director of Interior Design

Jordan graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduation, she found herself pursuing opportunities in interior design, and went on to obtain her Associate of Science in Interior Design. When designing a home Jordan believes that every space should feel comforting, cohesive, and timeless. She enjoys mixing old and new elements to make the space feel well balanced and intentional.

Monica Flowers

Interior Designer

Monica’s combined experience in interiors and marketing makes her the perfect fit to maintain our color studio and build relationships with our vendors to offer beautiful selections for your home. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, Monica earned her Marketing degree from Southeastern LA University in 2012. Moving to Jacksonville in 2017, she returned to school to earn her Associates in Interior Design. In her free time, Monica loves to cook and spend time with her husband and two dachshunds.

Kacie McCracken

From accent pillows to window treatments and everything in between, Kacie’s attention to detail makes her a valuable part of our team. After earning her Associate Degree in Interior Design Technology at Florida State College in Jacksonville, Florida, her hands on experience with visual merchandizing, fabrics, and wall coverings ignited her passion for all things interior design. She’s eager to jump in and excited to work with you on your next home design project.


Chris Penrod

Purchasing Manager

Chris grew up in Gainesville, Florida so he was destined to become a Florida Gator. After graduating in 1992 with a degree in building construction, he has been in the industry ever since. He met Catherine, the love of his life, at UF. They married in 1995 and have two boys. He enjoys watching movies, cooking, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Jared Kingswood

Project Manager

Jared grew up in the mountains of Colorado where he worked with his dad for 15 years as a carpenter, superintendent, and project manager building custom homes. He decided to trade the mountains for the ocean and relocated to Florida. In his free time Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, golfing, and all things baseball.


Thomas Plocharczyk

Project Manager

Thomas grew up in Detroit and earned a degree in economics from the University of Michigan in 2003. He moved away from the cold weather as quickly as possible and chose Jacksonville to put down roots. Outside of eight years as a restaurateur, he has been in construction for much of his professional career. He enjoys trips to the beach with his girlfriend, golf and discovering delicious barbecue.


Korey Buttenschon

Project Manager

With over 1,000 residential and commercial projects under his belt, Korey brings his love for architecture and building to AR Homes®. Korey has over 12 years of experience in the building industry and prides himself on delivering a great experience for each home buyer through his attention to detail. In his free time, Korey enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, riding motorcycles and traveling.


Ellen Goreschak

Project Coordinator

Ellen grew up in South Florida with parents who built and sold custom homes. A University of Florida graduate with a Fine Arts degree, she worked at a high-end interior design firm for 25 years before relocating to the Jacksonville area. She’s been working in the residential homebuilding industry for the last nine years and in her free time enjoys games, puzzles, crafts, and reading.


Michelle Green

Project Coordinator

A building industry veteran since 2003, Michelle is a recent transplant to Jacksonville via Central Florida and Minnesota. She has worked as a design consultant with production builders, kitchen and bath remodeling firms, and semi-custom builders. She loves family time, ocean activities, walks with her dog, and traveling, with a bucket list that includes trips to Israel, Ireland and Europe.


Dave Allen

CAD Designer

Dave helps homebuyers create the home of their dreams. After graduating from the University of Florida, he spent many years in the design business working for architects, engineers and builders. Dave enjoys the arts, architecture, history, sports, traveling and being on the water.


Tom Stuehler

Construction Manager

Tom has been a construction manager for Marcus Allen Homes since 2004, working in Duval, St. John’s, and Flagler counties. He has held a Florida State Certified General Contractors license since 1982. Most weekends you can find him with his wife and dog, Charlie, on one of their boats actively involved in the fishing and boating community.


Randy Raulerson

Construction Manager

Randy is a construction manager with over 20 years’ experience in custom home building. He has a solid track record for delivering quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction. A native of St. Augustine, Florida, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.


Tom DeNittis

Construction Manager

A homebuilding expert with over 30 years of experience, Tom is no stranger to making customers happy, having built hundreds of beautiful family homes. He is licensed as a State of Florida General Contractor and in Florida Real estate. He studied jazz piano at Tampa Bay Performing Art Center and when he’s not working, he can be found playing everything from Bach to rock.


Kendall Harn

Construction Manager

Kendall is a fourth-generation carpenter who got her start in construction working for her father’s high-end restoration and renovation company. She attended the International Academy of Design and Technology while becoming skilled in various construction trades. After fifteen years in the family business, she moved to Jacksonville and dabbled in real estate before following her heart back to construction and finding her place with Marcus Allen Homes.

Michael Dufresne

Construction Manager

A native of Québec, Michael is a licensed contractor with 30 years experience in custom home building. Michael started with AR Homes® in 2003 and is thrilled to be back with this great team. After attending Marshall University and his service in the US Air Force, Michael settled in Jacksonville and earned his BS in Construction Management from The University of North Florida. He enjoys traveling, photograph, history, architecture and time with his family.


Lori Moulton

Accountant

Lori has spent 35 years providing accounting services and support for companies in a variety of industries. She even served as controller for a company with several divisions that went public. Lori moved to Florida to help her mom and enjoys hiking, games, gardening and cooking.


Mary Green

Marketing Manager

An award-winning, strategy-driven marketing communications professional, Mary has decades of experience serving clients in real estate, tourism and hospitality, and medical marketing. Clients she has supported include RE/MAX Select Professionals, Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, Engel & Völkers, EB Developers, and more. Her diverse background helped prepare her for whatever comes her way in custom home building.


Amber Pfaff

Office Administrator

Before joining Marcus Allen Homes, Amber served many years as executive assistant to the president and board of directors of a global organization specializing in digital HR and multi-country payroll services. Prior to that, she held roles as a certification specialist, logistics and purchasing director, and executive assistant at a national nonprofit specializing in the affordable housing industry.
