Dale Kinsell
Dale began his career with AR Homes® in 2005, learning from superintendents and managing subcontractors. A quick study, he was managing the Gainesville franchise shortly thereafter. In 2013, Dale launched Kinsell Custom Homes, LLC in Ocala.
A father of two, Dale gets great satisfaction building homes where people raise their families and spend quality time together. He believes a well-designed, well-built home can change its residents’ lives.
Dale is a past recipient of the many prestigious AR Homes® honors including Builder of the Year and the Builder Gold Cup, awarded to the franchise with the highest customer satisfaction rating.
