Dale Kinsell
Dale began his career with AR Homes® in 2005, learning from superintendents and managing subcontractors. A quick study, he was managing the Gainesville franchise shortly thereafter. In 2013, Dale launched Kinsell Custom Homes, LLC in Ocala.
A father of two, Dale gets great satisfaction building homes where people raise their families and spend quality time together. He believes a well-designed, well-built home can change its residents’ lives.
Dale is a past recipient of the many prestigious AR Homes® honors including Builder of the Year and the Builder Gold Cup, awarded to the franchise with the highest customer satisfaction rating.
Staci Biodini
Staci is a seventh-generation Floridian whose great-great-great-great Grandfather introduced the legislation to create Marion County in 1845. Her Ocala roots and community connections run deep.
She had a successful public relations career before joining Kinsell Custom Homes in 2017, and believes consistent communication before, during and after the home buying process is key to success.
“I don’t see myself as a salesperson. I’m here to educate you about our community and what makes Ocala and AR Homes worthy of your investment,” she says. “When you live alongside your clients, you treat them like neighbors, not paychecks. Our relationship doesn’t end when I sell you a house, it is just beginning.”
