Honored to Be Named 2025 Builder of the Year

We’re proud to share that AR Homes® Vero Beach (Beachland Homes Corp.) has been named the 2025 Builder of the Year at this year’s Builder Summit. 

This recognition is a meaningful achievement for our entire team. Earning this award for a second time reflects the dedication, care, and pride that go into every home we build—from initial design through final walkthrough. In a competitive market like Vero Beach, we believe the difference comes down to the people behind the homes.  

As our Franchise Owner John Genoni puts it, “The people make the difference—they really do.” Years ago, he stepped inside a home built by an AR Homes® builder and knew he wanted to bring that same level of craftsmanship and quality to others. That early impression continues to shape our approach: build every home with pride in the product, care for the client, and a focus on long-term value. 

“Today, our homes not only stand out for their design and service, but they also hold their value,” Genoni said. “Resale prices are higher than homes we haven’t built. That’s the result of good architecture, good value, and great service.” 

In addition to building custom luxury homes tailored to our clients’ lifestyles, we’re committed to supporting the broader AR Homes® network.
