Every homeowner receives social membership to Broadmoor, which includes two pools, six pickleball courts, four tennis courts, full-service dining, and a year-round calendar of events for adults and children. Golfers can add full club membership at the time of lot purchase with no waitlist on one of Indiana’s only Donald Ross-designed championship courses, established in 1922. All lawn care is provided by the HOA.

Broadmoor’s 18-hole course is one of Indiana’s only authentic Donald Ross designs, opened in 1922 and recently restored to its original intent. It has hosted the PGA Champions Tour from 1988 to 1993, with Hall of Famers Gary Player and Raymond Floyd among its winners, and has served as a U.S. Open Qualifier site.
