Scott Bates
Scott Bates is a Zionsville, Indiana native and is active in the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis and the National Association of Home Builders, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends. Beyond his professional affiliations, he is also dedicated to the community, participating in organizations such as the Broad Ripple Village Association, Habitat for Humanity, Wheeler Mission, and the Zionsville Food Bank.
Dan Hayes
Company president Dan Hayes brings extensive and varied experience. He practiced commercial real estate law, owned a construction and development company, and later was a partner and president of a custom cabinet manufacturing company. When Scott reached out to Dan to join their team, he was immediately drawn to the opportunity.
