Charlie Pahulu
Charlie’s passion for building can be traced to his father, a general contractor. He pursued his love for football at BYU, where he was a Division I scholarship athlete. While attending BYU Charlie pursued a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Shortly after college, Charlie returned to his native Brevard county where he focused his career on custom home construction.
Charlie is renowned for putting customers at ease during the homebuilding process, due in equal parts to his expertise in building and his people skills.
