As the son of a building developer, Vic grew up around construction and understands that collaboration with customers is the best way to create exceptional, customized homes of superior quality. Vic gets to know each clients’ needs, lifestyle, and unique factors before a project begins.

As an AR Homes® franchisee, he offers his customers hundreds of exclusive home plans, volume pricing, and design expertise to bring their vision to life. The results have paid off in numerous honors including five-star customer ratings as well as AVID, Gold Cup, Parade of Homes and Aurora awards.

Byron is a chemical engineer by education and worked for major chemical company Dupont in a variety of roles including sales and business management. He was then CEO for a smaller textile firm before owning and operating a successful Bed & Breakfast on Amelia Island. Bringing a wealth of experience with the sales process and particularly customer satisfaction Byron works closely with each customer to guide understanding of the process and the myriad of details for building their “Dream Home” from concept to contract. AR Homes® Amelia Island (Plantation Housing Corp.) provides all the tools necessary to create and design each new custom home either from previous builds as a base that are modified or totally custom from ideas and needs provided by each customer. Detailed fixed price quotes insure accuracy and “no surprises” for all elements of each custom build.

Victor joined AR Homes® Amelia Island (Plantation Housing Corp.) after college and completed his real estate licensing to focus on sales. He “manned” model homes as a sales manager for several years and began learning the procurement side of home building before becoming Purchasing Manager. As purchasing Vice President, Victor connects the quote and contract for each new home with finalizing and purchasing every selection with each homeowner. He utilizes local designers (included in contract) and our private showroom to raise awareness about current styles and trends and visual collection of materials to insure satisfaction with the final finished home. He is an integral part of the construction process and cooperates with the construction group to insure build steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

As an Assistant to Superintendents, Dalton focuses on building relationships with each homeowner as work progresses to make sure they are well informed and 100% satisfied with every aspect of the build. He is on multiple build sites daily to insure smooth delivery of materials, support sub contractor activity and insure safety and overall cleanliness of job sites.

As Purchasing Manager for AR Homes® Amelia Island (Plantation Housing Corp.), Hector brings both expertise and a lifelong connection to the construction industry. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in homebuilding—spanning his father, grandparents, and uncle—he developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. A proud graduate of Florida State University, Hector now oversees all aspects of purchasing for our custom homes. His responsibilities include ordering materials, securing and verifying quotes, reviewing plan accuracy, performing detailed take-offs, onboarding new vendors, and collaborating with trade partners to keep our design center current and innovative. With a strong foundation in construction knowledge and a commitment to efficiency, Hector ensures that every AR Homes® Amelia Island project is supported by the right materials, trusted vendors, and a seamless building process.

Amanda graduated with a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of North Florida and went on to earn a certified contractor’s license for the state of Florida. Her passion has always been creating something from nothing. She started by building production homes in large neighborhoods and has been rewarded to see them go from dirt lots to completed communities. Over the years, she’s built larger and more complex homes, leading to her joining AR Homes® Amelia Island (Plantation Housing Corp.) in June 2024. Amanda has an eye for detail and an outstanding customer service rating. As your project manager, Amanda will ensure a smooth construction experience for every client.
