David Schenck

Franchise Owner

David was destined to become one of the area’s best and most respected custom home builders. He had always loved building but it wasn’t until working on small renovation projects with a family member that he discovered his true passion for it. The projects grew in size and scope and he eventually opened his first AR Homes® franchise in 2007. His team works to exceed client expectations and has received numerous honors including the Wake County Parade of Homes Gold and AR Homes® recognition for Best Model. David has served as president of the local HBA and board member of the NAHB.

Rick Constable

Building Company President

Rick learned about the hard work and dedication required to deliver high-quality homes while growing up on the Virginia family farm and building homes with his father. He graduated from the University of Florida Construction Management school, began working in residential construction, and never looked back. He has built hundreds of home in the Charlotte area and continues to hold himself and his team accountable to higher standards in order to create the incredible homes his clients deserve. Rick is past president of Lake Norman HBA and a NAHB board member.
