For over 30 years, Hearthstone Luxury Homes’ Franchise owner, Jeff Logsdon, has been successfully fine-tuning the art of homebuilding. Upon graduating from Ohio State University, he began an illustrious career in new home construction. Since then, he has been the builder of choice for thousands of families seeking to build their dream home.

Jeff’s passion for the homebuilding industry is evident through his active involvement in the Homebuilders Associations Executive Committee as well as the Board of Directors of the Wake County, North Carolina and National Builders’ Associations. He also serves on the Executive Committees of the High-Performance Builders of the Triangle and the Triangle Parade of Homes. Jeff currently serves as the President of the Wake County Homebuilders Association and is a Certified Green Building Professional.
