Meet Our Team
Jarrod Gaither
With over 25 years of experience with a small custom builder, large national builder and construction trade businesses, Jarrod has a diverse background in the homebuilding industry. In 2024, he joined AR Homes Central Texas operation with a vision to provide home owners with a high quality transparent building experience.
Jarrod has called the Austin area home for more than 15 years. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional Accountancy and lettered in basketball, baseball and track earning various academic and athletic honors. He went on to pursue and finish a Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and later earned his CPA and CIA licenses. For leisure, there is a good chance you can catch him cooking in the backyard or watching one of his children on the volleyball court or on a field somewhere in the area.
Swamy Devuni
Swamy Devuni holds an MBA and brings 15 years of tech experience to his real estate work. He began investing in commercial properties in 2013 and expanded into residential and mixed-use development. As founder of Latitude Investment Group, he oversees a diverse portfolio, including a 400-acre wellness-focused project in Manor. At AR Homes®, Swamy leads with vision, integrity, and a passion for personalized luxury living.
