Swamy Devuni
Swamy Devuni completed his MBA worked in the tech Industry for 15 years. Real Estate has always been his passion and he started investing in commercial real estate as early as 2013. By 2015 he extended his experience in building and planning within master planned communities including residential and mixed use development. He founded Latitude Investment Group which currently manages a diverse portfolio of development projects. Swamy takes pride in driving a prestigious 400-acre mixed use development project in Manor positioned to be one of the first wellness cities in Texas. Beyond that, he views his developments and AR Homes® building company as a means to provide an elevated lifestyle to his friends, family and customers by offering oversized lots in coveted locations throughout Austin, and the ability to create their custom dream home.
