AR Homes® Gainesville Custom Home Featured in the Fall 2026 Parade of Homes™
If you are planning a custom home in North Central Florida, the Fall 2026 Parade of Homes™ is your chance to walk through one in person. AR Homes® Gainesville is featuring a newly completed custom home in The Garden at Flint Rock Agrihood, open for two weekends only.
This home was designed and built for its homeowners, so you will be touring a finished custom plan rather than a model. It shows how a home comes together when the layout, finishes and outdoor spaces are planned around the way a family lives.
Event Details
The home is located at 6044 SW 124th Way, Archer, FL 32618, inside The Garden at Flint Rock Agrihood. It is open from 12 to 5 PM on October 17-18 and October 24-25. Admission is free, and no tickets or registration are required.
The Parade of Homes™ is hosted by the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), which has showcased new homes across Alachua County since 1958. Only BANCF builder members can build homes for the Parade.

Why Tour Before You Build
Floor plans and renderings can only show so much. Walking through a finished custom home lets you see ceiling heights, room proportions and how each space connects to the next. It also helps you decide which rooms matter most to your own plan.
As you tour, note the spaces you would use every day, the features you would add and the details you would plan differently. Those notes give you a clear starting point for your first conversation with a builder.
