John’s construction career began in 1987 in warranty service, which taught him the importance of quality building. In 1988, he joined A.R.B.C. Corporation as a job supervisor, worked his way up, and purchased the company in 1994. Today, he’s led his talented team in building more than 1,500 homes throughout Collier and Lee Counties. As a three-time recipient of the AR Homes® Builder of the Year Award, John takes pride in building superior quality homes, outstanding customer satisfaction and running a successful company.

21 of Ron’s 29 years in the custom home building industry have been with A.R.B.C. Corporation. During that time, he has never built the same home twice. He describes working at A.R.B.C. Corporation as “dynamic,” and it shows in the countless ideas and designs he continues to bring to customers every day.

Todd is passionate about home building, making customers happy, and working for A.R.B.C. Corporation. A 26-year veteran of the company with 31 years total in the industry, A.R.B.C. Corporation is like a second family.

Bea has been with A.R.B.C. Corporation for 14 years and, like everyone at the company, is intent on client satisfaction. She loves seeing the joy on a client’s face as a home goes from the early design stages to dream-home reality.

Lisa’s many years’ experience with AR Homes® makes the sales process simple for customers. Her knowledge of products and procedures creates transparency in terms of costs, timing, and service.

Janice has worked in the industry for nearly 30 years. She knows that the custom home building process means that everyone must work together. She’s proud to be part of a team that ensures the construction process for each customer is a great building experience.

John has been with A.R.B.C. Corporation for 14 years. He’s serious about building high-quality homes to exact specifications and settles for nothing less than perfection. There’s nothing more rewarding to John than watching a homeowner’s face the first time they see their completed home.

Charlotte works closely with the builder and the homeowner from concept through completion to make their vision a reality. She loves working for A.R.B.C. Corporation because of the team atmosphere and focus on customers’ satisfaction.

In her 17 years with A.R.B.C. Corporation, Kerri has not once had to swing a hammer on a jobsite. But her role in the office is integral to getting the job done. For Kerri, working at A.R.B.C.
