Adam is driven by a passion for homebuilding, a relentless pursuit of excellence, and a commitment to creating meaningful spaces for families. A graduate of Furman University with degrees in Business and Spanish, he began his career in real estate development, where he discovered his love for building exceptional custom homes. Family and faith are at the heart of his life. He and his wife Molly have three children: Evie, Markham, and Cecelia. An avid pilot and outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys diving, golfing, fishing, and traveling. His dedication to servant leadership is evident in his involvement with organizations such as Johns Island Presbyterian, Charleston Collegiate, the Charleston Home Builders Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Habitat for Humanity. At New Leaf, Adam’s mission is to create custom homes of the highest quality, designed for generations of memories.

Brett Miller brings over a decade of experience in residential construction and business development to his role as Building Company President of AR Homes® in Charleston, SC. With a results-driven approach and a passion for refined craftsmanship, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional luxury homes tailored to the needs of discerning buyers. Previously, Brett led high-end construction projects as Director of Operations at New Leaf Builders, serving on the executive board since 2018 and as President of the Charleston Home Builders Association in 2022. His leadership and commitment to quality position AR Homes® for continued success in the Charleston market.

With nearly 30 years of experience in luxury home construction and franchise operations, Shannon Price is the Director of Operations for AR Homes® Charleston (New Leaf Custom, LLC). She began her career with AR Homes® in 2008 at the first Carolinas location, gaining a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional custom home experience. Her success later led her to AR Franchising, Inc., where she trained and supported new franchises across the country. Now back in the Carolinas, Shannon applies her operational expertise and passion for craftsmanship to enhance the custom homebuilding journey in the Charleston market. By streamlining processes, elevating quality standards, and ensuring each home reflects the client’s lifestyle, she continues to deliver the signature AR Homes® experience—personalized, seamless, and built to the highest standards.
