6804 Brixley Circle, Raleigh, NC 27614
The Dawning II at Brixley opens with a two-story foyer and a wraparound staircase. The great room features tray ceilings and a fireplace, and the main living spaces extend to a large covered porch for outdoor entertaining. We included five bedrooms, a bonus room and a club room, and we set the owner’s suite apart from the main living areas for privacy.
1925 Hunting Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC 27615
This home sits on the 9th fairway of the Oaks Course at North Ridge Country Club, and walls of glass bring that view into the main living spaces. Outside, the infinity pool and spa overlook the fairway, and a detached casita gives guests a private suite with its own kitchenette.
