About Us

Homebuilding is a passion that runs deep with owner Andy Temmel. A second-generation builder, exceeding customer expectations is something his company does on a regular basis. Andy and his team serve Butler, Warren, and Hamilton counties and are actively involved in the community, donating to United Way, PBS, and LADD, a nonprofit empowering developmentally-disabled adults.

Following in his grandfather’s and father’s footsteps, Andy started as a project estimator and quickly worked his way to project manager for a construction company in Denver, CO before moving back home to run the day-to-day operations of Oakmont. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and has been with AR Homes since 2015.

Kyle is a third-generation home builder with over 7 years of experience building luxury custom homes. Recognized in the 2020 AR Homes® Master Builder Club, Kyle blends passion, communication, and attention to detail bringing your custom home to life.

Rebecca hails from the University of Cincinnati Bearcats where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from the DAAP Program.  Rebecca has an impressive design background in multi-family, healthcare, restaurant and retail.  She was born and raised in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Shanon comes with a well-established and diverse background in sales, interior design, business management, and operations. Holding degrees in Business Management as well as Interior Design, she is a unique asset for anyone trying to build their next dream home. She strives to be an advocate for her clients, intently listening to their desired needs and intentions, and then puts her creativity and business savvy to work. She takes great pride in ensuring that your financial goals and your design aspirations live in harmony, by developing a cohesive and dynamic plan to execute your dream home while still staying within your intended budget.
